Shipping Time: Our average fulfillment time is 10-20 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, with an extra week or two for potential delays.

Order Processing: We process payments within 24 hours, and orders are processed within 2-3 days. Items may be shipped separately at no extra charge.

Order Updates: You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and another email with a tracking number once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see these emails.

Cancellations: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations are typically not possible.

Missing Packages: If your package is lost by the shipping carrier, we will resend a replacement at our cost. If tracking shows the package as delivered or attempted delivery, it is not considered lost. For international orders, customs delays are common and out of our control. Please be patient.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is also a 20% restocking fee.
